Homemade boba (again) with mango smoothie with coconut milk powder. If you know mango sticky rice with coconut milk and you like it, this drink is for you.
I loveeee making drinks and everyday I cannot stop thinking about which drink I shall make (and drink). Frozen mango is the best for smoothie. You can add some milk or yogurt of your choice. Add slowly to control the consistency you want. If you prefer more slushy smoothie, using more yogurt or condensed milk than liquid milk.
This is so yummy and reminds me so much of summer in hometown, which is also the mango season. If you ever come to Vietnam, do not skip our mangoes!!
