Hey folks long time no see! Just a couple of weeks and we are moving to summer already!
I was in a mood for colorful food today so I made this icy butterfly pea tea, mixed with peach and strawberry juice and elderflower syrup. Super floral, fragrant, and colorful. I’m not a big fan of juice, but sometimes it is a way to save my rotting fruits.
I love that season comes and brings along many flowers and floral fruits. These lavenders and roses came from my garden, also the mint leaves. I picked the elderflowers in the park, and made my syrup myself. I guess what I really enjoy about this drink is not only its flavor, but more of a holistic experience of tasting and being present in season and time.
